About the Role

1931 BA Sports Nutrition, LLC is looking for a Director, Integrated Execution ABARTA to develop commercial solutions in partnership with the Franchise Team to drive value, increase beverage incidence, and improve profitability. This role is central to the annual joint business planning process, growth strategy development, and digital programming.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor weekly and monthly channel performance metrics (revenue, gross profit, transactions, incidence, value share) to ensure objectives are met and identify opportunities.
  • Support commercial strategy for bottler execution with internal teams and drive alignment on annual commercial priorities.
  • Lead the development and implementation of total beverage marketing strategies in collaboration with customer strategy.
  • Deliver consumer and industry insights, their meaning to the customer, and actionable recommendations.
  • Construct and deliver an annual marketing calendar to shape customers’ long-term planning and conduct stewardship reviews.
  • Provide customer business and opportunity assessments, including competitive analysis and PicOS recommendations.
  • Seek out and leverage internal tools and resources to support customer strategies.
  • Host key strategic meetings (e.g., KO Lab) with associated preparations, presentations, and briefing documents.
  • Champion both customer and company imperatives to deliver Customer Commitment of Excellence.
  • Develop and execute channel and customer promotions that leverage national brand ideas and consumer insights.
  • Work with sales teams to jointly present major initiatives to customers.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.
  • 5+ years’ business development experience in a consumer-packaged-goods company, agency, or foodservice operator.
  • Preferably experience in both customer management and marketing roles, or equivalent marketing leadership.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience.
  • Advanced Strategic Thinking & Application.
  • Robust Forecasting and Planning (Immediate & Long Term).
  • Ability to recognize, understand, and interpret consumer behavior, brand strategies, and customer needs to drive action and results.
  • Previous Customer/Channel Management experience.
  • Demonstrated personal leadership skills and influencing ability.
  • Usage and analytical application of account performance data tools.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to create persuasive selling stories.

  • MBA preferred.

Team & Environment

You will partner with the Franchise Team and manage relationships with brands, R&D, commercialization, assets, and other internal and external constituents.
