Fieldguide is hiring a Director, Implementation (Advisory) to lead the delivery of our enterprise SaaS solutions. In this pivotal role, you will drive successful implementations by managing technical delivery, leading a team, and ensuring client satisfaction and value realization.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of implementation professionals.
- Provide mentorship, set clear goals, and monitor performance to foster a collaborative environment.
- Design, build, and implement solutions hands-on, ensuring successful adoption and measurable business impact.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to implementation methodologies and technologies.
- Develop and execute effective change management strategies to address organizational challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and proactively addressing concerns.
- Manage complex implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering exceptional results.
- Strong team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client and colleague relationships.
- Deep understanding of change management principles and best practices.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Experience with project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
- Familiarity with industry-standard implementation tools and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- 5+ years leading technology implementations at Advisory firms focused on deploying and optimizing new technologies.
- Prior Big 4 experience.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or change management.
- Experience with specific SaaS platforms or industry verticals.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and customer expansion.
