Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is seeking a Director, GTM Video to lead the go-to-market strategy for our comprehensive suite of video products, including events, meetings, webinars, and rooms. This leadership role is pivotal in driving growth and customer adoption by overseeing a multi-disciplinary team focused on sales, customer success, technical enablement, and channel partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the end-to-end GTM strategy for the full video portfolio, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Develop scalable programs to drive customer acquisition, expansion, and retention across market segments.
- Lead and support a team of Account Executives acting as product specialists, focusing on technical discovery and solution validation.
- Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to drive onboarding, adoption, renewal, and reduce churn.
- Manage channel partnerships by developing co-sell initiatives and joint campaigns with key technology alliances.
- Represent the video product suite at industry events, supporting field marketing and thought leadership initiatives.
- Partner with Sales Operations to build forecasting, reporting, and performance management frameworks.
- Drive talent development across GTM teams, including hiring, onboarding, and coaching.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading GTM strategies for video or SaaS product portfolios in fast-growing environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams including sales, customer success, and channel partners.
- Experience building and scaling sales engineering or technical enablement functions.
- Excellent strategic thinking and operational execution abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across multiple teams and with external partners.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to measure success and inform decision-making.
- Ability to represent the company confidently at public events and forums.
