Centene is hiring a Director of Enterprise Compliance Corrections to lead teams responsible for resolving regulatory non-compliance. This role manages remediation and reporting activities to address issues related to Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace, and Commercial requirements, contractual obligations, and company policies.
What You'll Do
- Support the remediation of compliance issues across all Centene lines of business.
- Facilitate collaboration between compliance and business stakeholders to ensure timely completion of corrective action plans.
- Assist in developing Board and Senior Management reporting on key metrics and Corrections team activities.
- Coordinate oversight of corrective action plans for remediation of internally and externally identified deficiencies.
- Employ corrections definitions, processes, and tools to ensure timely and sustainable resolution of compliance issues.
- Manage and develop direct reports, including other supervisory personnel and/or exempt individual contributors.
- Educate, encourage, and assist those within the company to maintain integrity through correction of identified non-compliance.
- Participate in mock and actual CMS audits and coordinate responses to agency inquiries.
- Oversee internal and external processes to ensure the Company maintains a consistent state of CMS Program Audit readiness.
- Maintain a current working knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry guidance impacting the health industry.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Public Health, Health Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in compliance for a managed care or health insurance company.
Nice to Have
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of management experience.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- HCCA certification (CHC) or equivalent.
