KBR Services, LLC is hiring a Director, Engineering Operations to provide technical leadership for our Mission Technology Solutions (MTS) CTO initiatives. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for directing strategic goals, optimizing business development, and supporting opportunity pursuits to ensure a significant impact on national security.
What You'll Do
- Direct, develop, communicate, and implement the company's direction and strategic goals.
- Develop strategies to optimize business development and marketing internally to employees and externally to clients.
- Monitor and support the pursuit of viable opportunities by supplying resources and training to assess, screen, and prioritize opportunities.
- Identify and communicate best practices throughout the company.
- Optimize results for customers and the company by establishing goals and objectives for operations and making operational decisions.
- Develop strategy through the implementation and execution phases.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
- At least 15 years of related professional experience.
Nice to Have
- A graduate degree in a related technical field.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $184,000.00 - $275,900.00
