Responsibilities
- Define and refine a strategic engineering roadmap that supports organizational objectives
- Champion the integration of advanced technologies including AI-powered DevOps, large language models, secure development practices, cloud and serverless infrastructure, microservices, continuous integration and delivery, and low-code solutions
- Design and oversee the creation of systems that are scalable, secure, and built for long-term sustainability
- Introduce standardized methodologies and proven practices to increase development speed and enhance product quality
- Identify, prioritize, and reduce accumulated technical debt to ensure system reliability and maintainability
- Develop and track performance indicators related to delivery speed, system stability, and code integrity
- Promote engineering practices that emphasize security, regulatory compliance, and innovation
- Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams while cultivating a culture of ownership, excellence, and professional development
