What You'll Do
- Define and drive the product strategy for core digital workplace technologies, including messaging, collaboration tools, endpoint management, and mobile platforms
- Ensure seamless integration and interoperability across systems by establishing architectural standards and governance frameworks
- Lead initiatives to modernize the workplace with emerging technologies, including AI-powered assistants and automation platforms
- Oversee the deployment and management of endpoint devices using tools like Microsoft Intune and JAMF, ensuring security and usability
- Collaborate with security, legal, and data privacy teams to maintain compliance and embed responsible practices into product development
- Guide pilot programs for next-generation tools such as Copilot and AI studios, measuring impact and driving adoption
- Mentor and grow high-performing teams across engineering and product disciplines, fostering innovation and technical excellence
- Serve as a key technical advisor, resolving complex cross-platform challenges and aligning decisions with enterprise goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in digital workplace, enterprise collaboration, or related technology leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Proven experience leading product development for large-scale enterprise platforms
- Strong technical understanding of cloud services, endpoint management, and integration architectures
- Experience managing governance processes and delivering solutions in complex, matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead without direct authority
- Track record of delivering value through user-centered design and service innovation
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities in a global environment
