Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top-performing Account Executives who thrive in fast-paced, technically complex sales environments.
- Train team members in core sales techniques and deep product expertise to confidently engage technical stakeholders including engineers and AI specialists.
- Cultivate a team environment rooted in ownership, ongoing skill development, and aggressive goal-setting within the Commercial / Digital Native market segment.
- Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy including customer profiling, competitive differentiation, outbound outreach, and expansion tactics for agile tech and AI organizations.
- Prioritize new customer acquisition as the key performance indicator, with strong emphasis on generating qualified pipeline and closing new business.
- Refine sales approaches and processes in real time using market insights and performance analytics specific to the Digital Native vertical.
- Manage pipeline integrity and revenue forecasting for the mid-market segment, aligning closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Revenue Operations to sustain inbound flow.
- Design and deploy performance-boosting initiatives such as sales enablement, competitive analysis, outreach templates, and deal acceleration methods.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve go-to-market messaging, influence product development, and ensure strong client results.
