Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical and strategic resource for Sales teams on product and platform expertise
- Assist with complex sales opportunities, product demonstrations, and solution positioning
- Create and update sales enablement content such as presentations, use cases, and ROI models
- Deliver training to Sales teams on platform features and business value
- Serve as the escalation contact for Sales on digital commerce-related inquiries
- Manage onboarding and activation processes for integration and channel partners
- Align technical and commercial readiness with Product and Engineering teams
- Build partner playbooks and co-develop value propositions
- Support joint selling and marketing initiatives with partners
- Ensure partners are prepared for effective market entry and execution
- Collect structured input from Sales and partner organizations
- Identify obstacles to adoption, missing features, and workflow challenges
- Convert market feedback into actionable recommendations for Product leadership
- Assist in managing beta testing and early adoption programs
- Bridge communication across Sales, Product, Marketing, and partner teams
- Maintain consistent messaging, positioning, and value communication
- Provide leadership with data, insights, and real-world intelligence from the field
