Restaurant365 is seeking a Director, Deal Strategy & Management to lead our strategic deal execution and partnership lifecycle. In this pivotal role, you will define and manage the processes and frameworks that govern our most significant commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximizing value.
What You'll Do
- Establish and own the end-to-end deal management framework, from strategy through execution and post-close governance.
- Lead cross-functional deal teams, ensuring alignment between Legal, Finance, Sales, and Product.
- Develop and maintain standard deal structures, pricing models, and contract templates.
- Analyze deal performance and provide strategic recommendations to optimize commercial outcomes.
- Manage complex negotiation processes, balancing risk and opportunity to secure favorable terms.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior deal strategy, deal desk, or commercial operations leadership role.
- Strong expertise in structuring, negotiating, and managing complex enterprise-level agreements.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to model deal economics and forecast outcomes.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of financial terms, legal clauses, and operational implications within contracts.
