Responsibilities
- Acts as the primary relationship manager for a designated group of corporate donors.
- Directs donor strategy, solicitation, stewardship, communication, and issue resolution for assigned accounts.
- Focuses on complex, multi-faceted donors with high potential for annual six- to seven-figure contributions and future growth.
- Solicits and manages six- to seven-figure donations from assigned accounts.
- Achieves annual personal fundraising targets that support departmental fundraising and operational goals.
- Supervises Corporate Partnership staff at the manager or specialist level.
- Helps each team member meet their personal revenue target and improve team processes.
- Oversees and contributes to the professional development and success of each direct report.
- Trains and onboards new staff as needed.
- Works with colleagues in Finance, Member Grants, Programs, Supply Chain, and Marketing/Communications to create customized grant proposals, campaigns, and stewardship strategies, and ensures effective execution of grant deliverables.
- Expands donor relationships across Feeding America's interests, including food, funds, cause marketing, employee engagement, C-suite leadership engagement, in-kind support, awareness, and advocacy.
- Builds collaborative relationships with member food banks to deepen donor engagement and link partnerships at national and local levels.
- Provides communication support to assigned donors, including reviewing and editing campaign materials.
- Identifies opportunities and drives process improvements for relationship management and information sharing internally and with the network.
- Prepares memos, partnership updates, and communications for Feeding America's network members and Executive Team, including the Chief Executive Officer, as needed.
- Represents the Corporate Partnerships team on cross-functional committees, special projects, and task forces as needed.

- This position is based out of Feeding America’s Chicago office.
- Employees can be in the office an average of 2 days a week (when not travelling for work) and work from home on other days.
- Employees also have access to a 30-day “work anywhere” program during the course of each calendar year that can be combined with PTO and/or holidays.
