About the Role
The role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic opportunities including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and divestitures. The individual will collaborate across functions to assess market trends, conduct due diligence, and support integration efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of corporate transactions from ideation to close
- Develop strategic frameworks to evaluate new markets and growth vectors
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to structure deals and negotiate terms
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses for potential targets
- Monitor industry dynamics and competitive landscape for emerging opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with external advisors and investment banks
- Present strategic recommendations and deal rationales to executive leadership
- Support post-transaction integration planning and performance tracking
- Identify synergies and cost optimization opportunities across business units
- Assess risks and regulatory considerations in cross-border transactions
- Drive strategic planning cycles in coordination with business units
- Evaluate joint venture and partnership opportunities
- Maintain a pipeline of potential acquisition targets
- Advise on capital allocation decisions related to growth initiatives
- Ensure alignment of corporate development strategy with overall business goals
