About the Role
This role is responsible for leading clinical trial planning and implementation, ensuring scientific rigor and alignment with regulatory requirements while supporting cross-functional teams in advancing drug development programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of clinical trial protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure trial timelines are met
- Provide scientific expertise during regulatory interactions
- Oversee data interpretation and clinical study reporting
- Guide the development of clinical development plans
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice and regulatory standards
- Support safety monitoring and adverse event evaluation
- Contribute to Investigational New Drug and New Drug Application submissions
- Manage relationships with clinical research organizations
- Advise on patient recruitment and retention strategies
- Participate in trial design and endpoint selection
- Coordinate input from medical, biostatistics, and pharmacovigilance teams
- Monitor clinical trial progress and identify potential risks
- Ensure alignment between clinical strategy and business objectives
- Support training for clinical team members on study protocols
- Review clinical study reports and summary documents
- Evaluate emerging scientific data to inform trial adjustments
- Contribute to budget planning for clinical programs
- Facilitate internal review of clinical trial documentation
- Serve as a clinical representative in project teams
- Ensure consistency of clinical data with overall development goals
- Support lifecycle management through clinical evidence generation
- Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and therapeutic advances
- Promote scientific accuracy in external communications
- Contribute to knowledge sharing across clinical development functions
