Hologram is a category-defining company transforming care for women. We are hiring a Director of Client Success to build and lead strategic relationships with employer partners. You will own retention and growth, serve as a partner to clients, and help shape the future of commercial strategy.
What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of high-value employer accounts.
- Serve as the voice of the clients in company strategy, product roadmap, and service delivery decisions.
- Partner with GTM leadership on commercial forecasting and account strategy.
- Deliver best-in-class retention and consistent expansion across accounts.
- Drive enrollment marketing strategy, expansion playbooks, and executive alignment.
- Build business impact narratives rooted in clinical outcomes, access, cost savings, and patient experience.
- Partner with Marketing to deploy engagement campaigns that drive member activation.
- Lead QBRs and executive reviews that clearly tie client goals to measurable results.
What We're Looking For
- 8–10+ years in Client Success.
- Deep experience in digital health or telehealth.
- Proven track record in owning renewals and expansions.
- Experience with large employer groups.
- Strong data fluency – can build/read dashboards, interpret trends, and use ROI storytelling.
- Executive presence and comfort influencing SVP/C-suite stakeholders.
- Operational rigor – CRM hygiene, forecasting, and playbook creation.
- Builder mindset – process, structure, and creativity.
