Responsibilities
- Shape and advance the enterprise architecture spanning ERP, CRM, middleware, and custom-built platforms.
- Lead business application functions, including roadmap development, cross-team project intake, requirement gathering, and execution.
- Drive the design and implementation of secure, scalable integrations and custom solutions for revenue, finance, operations, and logistics processes.
- Define and enforce integration standards, development practices, and architectural governance, including API design, CI/CD, testing, and monitoring.
- Recruit, manage, and grow a high-performing team of business analysts, system managers, integration engineers, and administrators.
- Expand integration and enterprise systems capabilities in line with organizational growth.
- Oversee offshore contractors and external vendors to maintain quality, capacity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage core enterprise system operations, including access controls, environment oversight, and system stability.
- Collaborate with business leadership to convert strategic goals into actionable technology plans.
- Ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.
