What You'll Do:
Leadership & Strategy
- Collaborate with executive team to transform company strategy into actionable operational plans, performance metrics, and accountability systems
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams spanning Resource Management and IT/Business Automation, fostering collaboration and ownership
- Identify and eliminate operational redundancies, simplifying workflows and communication
- Champion scalable systems enabling teams to focus on high-impact work
Resource Management
- Provide strategic direction to Resource Management, aligning talent with business priorities
- Oversee development of tools and reporting frameworks for utilization and project tracking
- Serve as strategic advisor and escalation point for resource-related challenges
Information Technology / Business Automation
- Partner with IT leadership to provide strategic technology oversight
- Drive digital system and process optimization across the organization
- Implement business automations to streamline operations and improve data accuracy
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Act as trusted partner supporting collective business objectives
- Collaborate with People Operations on employee experience initiatives
- Work with Delivery and Leadership teams on holistic resourcing decisions
- Partner with Finance and Project Management to ensure informed decision-making
- Bring objective problem-solving approach, balancing priorities
What You Bring:
- 10+ years operations/strategy experience, including 5+ years senior leadership
- Proven track record scaling processes in complex environments
- Exceptional analytical and strategic skills
- Deep understanding of operational frameworks
- Strong leadership and collaboration abilities
