DaVita is hiring a Director, Actuary (IKC) to lead the new business underwriting process for commercial value-based care contracts. This role is central to evaluating and pricing new partnerships, ensuring the company’s growth and financial stability.
What You'll Do
- Lead the new contract actuarial underwriting process, from data transformation to final recommendations for business leaders.
- Manage teammate productivity and performance within the new business lane of the DaVita actuarial team.
- Support the enterprise risk management process and capability development.
- Enhance enterprise risk management capabilities by applying predictive models, researching health care industry trends, and developing and delivering executive-level presentations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Team & Environment
You will manage a small but growing actuarial manager and analyst team.

- Compensation range: $146,600.00 - $215,300.00 per year.
