Fp is seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant to lead the shaping of innovative IT solutions that drive client business growth. You will act as a strategic partner, combining business maturity with influence to manage initial client contact, present technological capabilities, and provide substantive support for our sales teams.

What You'll Do

Comprehensively manage all analytical and design work in Product Design.
Design IT solutions focused on real business profits for clients.
Conduct Discovery processes based on best practices.
Define development strategies for Product Design consulting services.
Oversee work results, ensuring consistency of recommendations and reports.
Provide business advice on delivering solutions tailored to client needs, considering factors like budget and time.
Manage risk, identify threats and opportunities (technical and business), and effectively escalate them to the client.
Support company sales activities through consulting and presenting technological capabilities in direct client contact.
Collaborate closely with the development team, Architects, Business Analysts, Usability Designers, and FP business line employees.
Act as a mentor and supervise the BA/UX/BI team in the project.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 7 years of experience in IT, including 5 years in the BA/UX/Product Design area.
Advanced knowledge and skills in digital product design in business analysis and UI/UX.
Experience in process optimization and implementing AI strategies in organizations.
Ability to solve complex business problems using various methods and approaches (e.g., ROI, SWOT, stakeholder analysis, design thinking).
Ability to plan and facilitate strategic, scoping, and ideation workshops.
Ability to lead a research process in client work (formulating goals, selecting methods, choosing tools, analyzing results).
Ability for constructive analysis of existing approaches with recommendations for alternatives.
Knowledge of business operations, e.g., organizational structures, corporate finance, business processes.
Ability to build relationships and negotiate with clients.
Experience-based knowledge of business models and formal aspects of client cooperation.
Experience coordinating a team of specialists using responsibility matrices like RACI or DACI.
Knowledge of different project management methods (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Lean) and basic technical knowledge of the software development process.
Knowledge of English language at a minimum C1 level.
Willingness for business trips abroad (minimum 4 days/month).
