The Digital Solutions Integration Specialist (DSIS) at Intuitive drives the adoption and effective use of our digital solutions—including Intuitive Hub and daVinci5 (with MyIntuitive+)—across hospitals and clinical teams in the Nordics and UKI region. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams, ensuring successful integration, training, and ongoing support within complex clinical environments.
What You'll Do
- Be a subject matter expert and trusted advisor of our digital solutions for customers (externally) and Intuitive colleagues (internally)
- Perform Intuitive Hub in-services, workflow analysis, customization, and optimization to meet customer objectives
- Educate and prepare customers for My Intuitive+ including customer onboarding
- Monitor and drive digital products utilization by customers and clinical users
- Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with key hospital staff and thought leaders
- Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems; identify and document issues to be escalated to digital technical support teams for resolution
- Lead clinical teams through training sessions, helping them understand system operation
- Onboard, coach, and mentor new and existing team members
- Participate in the training and launch of new products and/or procedures
- Participate in departmental and cross-functional projects to develop or improve Intuitive processes, deliverables, and other material
- Build excellent relationships with internal colleagues, such as dV sales and clinical teams, digital support, marketing and field service
- Support complex customer events involving multi-departmental collaboration and multi-faceted solutions
- Be a resource to the clinical and administrative team, providing guidance and insight on the use of the Intuitive Hub System
- Provides feedback based on client experiences to support and product develop team for process improvements
What We're Looking For
- Highly motivated and experienced clinical support professional
- Necessary background in digital technology
- Expertise in Intuitive’s Digital Solutions, including Intuitive Hub and daVinci5 (incl. MyIntuitive+)
- Ability to perform customer onboardings, workflow analysis, optimization, training, and application support
- Ability to lead customer meetings and train in various clinical settings and specialties
- Ability to support customer readiness and drive expansion of digital offerings
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, key decision-makers, surgeons/physicians, nurses, and IT managers
