Discount Bank seeks a Digital Product Owner to lead the conversational interface of tomorrow. In this role, you will drive the bank's Chat/AI/Conversational Banking initiatives end-to-end, integrating AI and LLM capabilities into critical banking processes.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end development of the bank's conversational interface.
- Define conversation journeys and complex flow scenarios.
- Integrate AI and LLM capabilities within critical banking processes.
- Measure, optimize, and continuously improve the success rate of tasks in the conversational interface.
- Manage the Backlog in an agile environment and work closely with development, data, and Scrum Master teams.
What We're Looking For
- At least two years of professional experience in managing digital projects.
- Ability to define complex user experiences.
- Analytical thinking.
- Ability to motivate without authority across multiple interfaces.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Conversational UX or Chatbots products.
- Experience working with AI or NLP systems.
- Deep understanding of Conversation-first design.
- Master's degree.
