Telepass is looking for a Digital Product Manager to join its Platform & Payment Services team. In this role, you will support strategic projects focused on the development and optimization of payment solutions for urban and intermodal mobility services.
What You'll Do
- Participate in strategic projects for developing and optimizing payment solutions.
- Contribute to product and service strategy to increase volumes and improve customer experience.
- Identify technological solutions in collaboration with IT to expand the service ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Marketing on promotional and communication actions to boost service engagement.
- Support Senior PMs to ensure continuous improvement of product features.
- Interface with IT to manage the product backlog, validate outputs, and provide necessary inputs.
- Ensure operational activities for managing products and services.
- Support the identification and resolution of product incidents by defining a bugfix release plan.
- Monitor service and app KPIs and produce reports.
- Manage relationships with external partners and entities.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in engineering or economics.
- Knowledge of main project management tools.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Good communication and synthesis skills.
- Strong problem-solving and ability to navigate complex or incomplete situations.
Nice to Have
- Up to 3 years of experience, preferably in digital services or payment platforms.
