About the Role

Eurofins is hiring a Digital Platform Manager (m/w/d) to ensure our digital solutions are built on customer and market requirements. In this role, you will translate these needs into clear system specifications and steer platform development to align with our business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Translate requirements from market, sales, and customer service into clear system specifications and prioritize them with business units.
  • Develop market-oriented solutions with sales, marketing, and laboratory locations, prepare go-to-market measures, and support their introduction.
  • Steer the further development of platforms along business goals, developing use cases and business cases while evaluating benefits, effort, and impact.
  • Act as the central contact person for digital solutions, supporting business units in using the systems and accompanying technical implementation with internal and external IT.
  • Monitor system functionality, test new features in pre-production environments, document results, and release changes for productive operation.
  • Define standardized processes with process owners and support their introduction in the business units.
  • Analyze existing digital solutions, internal needs, and market offerings to identify optimization potential.

What We're Looking For

  • A completed degree in IT, natural sciences, or economics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Proven experience in an interface function between technical and operational areas.
  • A very good understanding of digital applications, processes, and their dependencies.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking as well as a pronounced solution orientation.
  • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and a confident demeanor.
  • Proficient handling of CRM systems, reporting tools, and MS Office.
  • Flexibility and willingness for occasional business trips.
  • Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
