Job Description: The Eurofins BioPharma Services Network of Companies is a first-class biopharmaceutical outsourcing services partner (Contract Research Organization - CRO), working with pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnology, medical device, and cosmetic clients.
The network covers the whole chain of drug development thanks to an international network of laboratories and testing units with global reach, uniform QA systems, and high-quality services.We are looking for a GMP Project Manager Pharma who will contribute to the significant growth of our business by:Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end project leadership for Pharma Analytics: Analytical Development & Method validation, Dissolution, Chromatography, Particle Testing, Stability Storage, and related subcontracted services within the Eurofins GroupProject planning and timeline management: define project plans, track milestones, manage POs and risks, and report status to stakeholdersTechnical coordination: review and approve technical documents (plans, protocols, validation reports) and analysis resultsGMP compliance: ensure correct execution of commissioned analytical work per GMP; contribute to audit readiness and continuous improvementLIMS configuration: map and configure projects in LIMS and support data integrity best practicesStakeholder management: coordinate interfaces between internal labs, clients, and external partners; support new project acquisitionQuality system contributions: assist in authoring and maintaining SOPs and GMP documentation; support client, GMP, and regulatory auditsProcess optimization: identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and throughput at the site
