BioPak is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll execute marketing strategies, manage cross-functional projects, and provide direct support to sales operations. You'll focus on enhancing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and optimizing our digital presence through hands-on creative and technical work.
What You'll Do
- Execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Project manage marketing, website development, and other internal marketing and sales related projects.
- Help the sales team manage and maintain its system, ensuring smooth integration with other tools.
- Assist the sales team by managing pipelines, preparing proposals, and tracking opportunities.
- Create and maintain marketing materials such as rate sheets and promotional PDFs.
- Enhance website user experience and optimize performance with SEO best practices.
- Help with creative marketing projects including copy writing, graphic design, and social media.
- Explore innovative marketing channels and campaigns to keep us ahead of competitors.
- Act as both an executor, doing tasks directly, and a project coordinator, following up with teams and vendors.
- Identify workflow gaps and help implement solutions to boost team efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of strong experience in Marketing, design, digital communications, sales support, project coordination, or operations.
- Familiarity in using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of website UX principles and SEO concepts.
- Experience in digital marketing campaigns, content strategy, and analytics.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and project coordination.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and tool integrations.
- Must have hands on experience with CRM systems such as Zoho, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and connecting tools for efficiency.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising strategies.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and the ability to interpret data for actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with search engine optimization to inform website design and content ingestion using Google Search Console.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team operations.
- Comfortable working with a distributed, international team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Go High Level), SEO, social media tools, content management systems, and website development software.
- Experience with API integrations to connect and optimize current and future platforms.
- Functioning knowledge of content management systems, such as WordPress.
- Recommended experience with HTML, Excel, medium to advanced proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign.
