Remote Recruitment is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. You will enhance our online presence and drive brand awareness by developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic and increase brand visibility.
- Manage SEO efforts including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and monitoring results.
- Create engaging content for various platforms including blogs, email campaigns, social media, and websites.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee social media marketing strategies, including creating content calendars and scheduling posts.
- Manage PPC campaigns and optimize for conversion rates while keeping track of budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design and sales to ensure cohesive branding.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience working in digital marketing roles.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience with analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Proficient with marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven approach.
