Better Me is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support and amplify our online presence. This role is crucial for executing multi-channel marketing strategies aimed at increasing traffic, brand engagement, and student enrollment for our education-centered organization.

What You'll Do

Create high-quality digital content such as banners, social media posts, website visuals, and other promotional materials.
Utilize design tools to align all content with our brand style and layout.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
Support bilingual outreach and community platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED), PeachJar, and Yelp / Google / Facebook SEO.
Optimize our website and landing pages for search engine visibility.
Monitor key performance metrics like CTR and conversion rates.
Coordinate digital promotion for in-person events across Better Me locations.
Partner with Site Expansion, Academic Affairs, and Center Training departments to align marketing with brand growth.
Coordinate with design and operations teams on campaign visuals and timelines.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, or content management.
Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
Familiarity with digital ad platforms and SEO tools.
Comfortable working independently and remotely.

Nice to Have

Experience with bilingual (English + Chinese) campaigns or familiarity with Asian American education markets.
Previous work with education, edtech, or community-based brands.
Basic knowledge of CRM or email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
