finanzen.net GmbH is looking for a Digital Marketing & Partner Campaign Manager (m/w/d) to play a central role in optimizing on-site conversions and implementing key advertising campaigns. You will guide users through our platform and measurably increase conversion goals, from acquiring new customers to activating existing users for a leading financial portal.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize performance campaigns for important advertising clients, analyze performance, and develop optimization suggestions.
- Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels to identify and implement targeted measures to increase registrations for our neo-broker finanzen.net ZERO and selected partners.
- Evaluate campaign success using relevant KPIs and derive actionable recommendations to continuously improve performance.
- Implement targeted campaigns for lead generation and KYC increase, including A/B testing, segmentation, and creation of advertising articles and mailings.
- Analyze user behavior and performance data along the funnel and initiate measures to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Develop and implement compelling content for landing pages, mailings, and advertising materials that appeal to our target groups.
- Present financial products in an attractive and clearly understandable way.
- Collaborate with Sales, SEO, Editorial, and Tech teams to successfully implement data-driven projects.
- Support the conception and implementation of new products and platform features.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in Marketing, Communication Sciences, Media Informatics, or another field with a strong focus on media, analysis, or communication.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to gain data-based insights, derive clear recommendations for action, and evaluate their success.
- Enthusiasm for digital user experiences and the optimization of online products.
- Pronounced passion for the stock market, including stocks, derivatives, ETFs, and funds.
- Talent for concise and target-group-oriented advertising copy, with the ability to prepare complex content clearly for different target groups.
- Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience working with technical teams.
