Remote Recruitment is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager (Part-Time) to support a UK-based business remotely from South Africa. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, generating leads, and maintaining client engagement through online campaigns and content.
What You'll Do
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Ensure each post includes a compelling call-to-action.
- Increase social media followers, engagement, and interaction.
- Engage with prospects and clients through comments and direct messages.
- Make new LinkedIn connections within the brand's target audience.
- Design and manage targeted social media campaigns using Canva and PowerPoint.
- Plan, write, and design the monthly BTR News newsletter.
- Schedule and distribute BTR News using appropriate campaign tools.
- Write and publish blogs on the company website.
- Create additional email marketing campaigns to support ongoing engagement.
- Schedule initial meetings with prospective clients.
- Develop and publish client case studies and testimonials.
- Ensure all interactions and data are captured and maintained in the CRM system.
- Track campaign and audience performance metrics regularly.
- Apply SEO best practices to the company website (hosted on Squarespace) and Google Workspace.
- Keep website content up to date, including testimonials, banners, and blog posts.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Drive.
- Familiarity with Squarespace and SEO best practices.
- Strong writing and design skills with the ability to craft engaging content.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Access to a laptop and reliable internet connection is essential.
