Join Jobs at Placetel | JOIN as the Digital Marketing Manager - France. You will take full ownership of the go-to-market execution and online marketing performance for Placetel AI in the French market. Your mission is to drive awareness, demand, and growth through strong digital execution, localized websites, and scalable online marketing initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the digital go-to-market strategy for Placetel AI in France.
- Take responsibility for the local website, including content, structure, UX, and conversion optimization.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, and email.
- Localize messaging, value propositions, and content for the French market.
- Drive improvements across the full digital funnel, from first touch to lead or trial conversion.
- Analyze traffic, lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with central teams (product, UX/UI, performance marketing, analytics) and external agencies.
- Support local product launches, feature rollouts, and GTM initiatives.
- Ensure strong brand consistency while adapting to local market needs.
- Work data-driven, run tests, and continuously optimize performance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, digital media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong marketing allrounder skillset covering website, performance marketing, content, and analytics.
- Hands-on mentality with a strong execution focus.
- Solid understanding of digital KPIs, conversion optimization, and growth funnels.
- Experience working with CMS systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of a local market.
- Native-level proficiency in French and fluent English.
- Comfortable working in an international, fast-growing SaaS environment.
Nice to Have
- German language skills are a plus.
