The Green Bay Packers are hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator to optimize our overall digital marketing strategy, planning, and channel activation. In this role, you will leverage transactional and fan profile data to deliver an exceptional digital experience, serving as a key resource to business units and ensuring marketing efforts support broader organizational goals.
What You'll Do
- Manage and execute the marketing campaign process from request to deployment across outbound channels like email, SMS, and push messages.
- Develop and implement personalized campaigns using machine learning, predictive modeling, and personalized content strategies.
- Optimize fan journey campaigns using insights, analytics, and automation tools to increase fan lifetime value and engagement.
- Manage personalization and optimization across all marketing campaigns.
- Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to improve fan strategies and lift conversion rates.
- Develop reporting to measure digital marketing campaign preference and analyze results for regular performance updates.
- Monitor email deliverability, industry best practices, and regulations including CAN-SPAM laws and privacy standards.
- Adhere to and stay current on privacy regulations for data collection and marketing programs.
- Manage and execute sweepstakes for fan engagement and acquisition.
- Use SQL and R Studio to generate insights into customer segments and personas.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in Email Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Direct Marketing.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is required.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a detailed understanding of email marketing operations, platforms, technology, and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus outstanding project and vendor management abilities.
- Strong editing, proofreading, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and set high standards for quality.
- Ability to work effectively across functional groups, team with others, and navigate internal resources to generate results.
- Independent self-starter with a sense of urgency, a results orientation, and an affinity for producing high-quality work that exceeds expectations.
- Capacity to juggle multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- A creative thinker with critical analysis, problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Expertise in email marketing laws, best practices, contact strategies, design, A/B testing, deliverability, segmentation, and analytics.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience working with Tableau, R Studio, Adobe Experience Platform/Adobe Analytics, Epsilon, and Attentive.
