SAP Software Solutions is hiring a Digital Customer Success Manager to own the Business Technology Platform (BTP) solution portfolio from an adoption and consumption perspective. In this role, you will act as the central point of coordination between Digital Customer Success Managers, regional leadership, and product stakeholders to drive growth across the regional BTP customer portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Own the BTP solution area as a regional territory.
- Provide structured data-driven insights to leadership on adoption status, risks, and opportunities with a clear KPI and cACV focus.
- Identify systematic adoption gaps and contribute to churn mitigation as well as expansion readiness across the portfolio.
- Design and execute scalable, value-driven 1:many initiatives like outreach campaigns and webinars tailored to BTP use cases, including AI-driven scenarios.
- Enable customer success managers with clear BTP value stories, guidance, and resources to foster effective customer self-service and identify up-and cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer for BTP, consolidating feedback and feeding insights to Product Management.
- Proactively support the identification and positioning of expansion opportunities involving SAP Business AI, Business Data Cloud, WalkMe, Signavio, and selected SAP service offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Location: Vancouver, Canada.
- A solid understanding of end-to-end BTP processes.
- Experience with enterprise BTP transformations and key value drivers.
- Experience in a client-facing role managing complex customer relationships, preferably in software in areas like Pre-Sales, Customer Success, or Consulting.
- Comfort operating in a scaled, portfolio-driven environment with multiple parallel initiatives.
- Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to clearly explain BTP value to both business and technical audiences.
- A structured, analytical approach to problem solving.
- Experience in designing and running 1:many enablement formats.
- Proven ability to handle challenging situations and discuss complex issues with stakeholders and customer executives.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity or expertise with SAP Business AI, Business Data Cloud, and digital adoption solutions like WalkMe and Signavio.

You will be part of the Regional Digital Customer Success Management Team, working virtually across locations and cultures. You will collaborate closely with D-CSM Regional Managers, regional BTP stakeholders within the Customer Success organization, the Product Management Team, and Customer Services & Delivery.
