Xenon7 is looking for a Digital Creative Director to lead creative vision and deliver innovative design solutions for a leading financial services client. You will drive creative strategy across channels and business lines, collaborating with teams to produce compelling digital experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor the creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Develop and implement a cohesive creative strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand presence.
- Oversee the conceptualization and execution of a wide range of digital projects, ensuring solutions meet client expectations and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and translate that into exceptional digital experiences.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements to inform and inspire the creative direction.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on work produced by the team, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in a creative role, preferably within a digital agency or tech-driven environment.
- Proven track record of leading creative teams and managing large-scale digital projects from concept to completion.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a breadth of creative work across various digital mediums.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and articulate creative ideas effectively.
- Deep understanding of design principles, digital marketing strategies, and user experience best practices.
- Experience with design tools and technologies, and a willingness to explore and embrace new methods of creativity.
- Creative thinker with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience with larger brands and digital products is a plus.
