About the Role

This role leads the creation and execution of digital content and influencer marketing strategies to grow brand visibility and audience engagement. The ideal candidate blends creativity with analytics to build authentic campaigns that resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital content strategies across multiple platforms
• Identify and onboard influencers aligned with brand values
• Produce high-performing content calendars based on audience insights
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaign lifecycles
• Track and report on content engagement and conversion metrics
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce authentic visual and written content
• Optimize content performance using A/B testing and analytics
• Build relationships with emerging and established digital creators
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Monitor social media trends to inform content direction
• Coordinate with product teams to align campaigns with launches
• Negotiate influencer contracts and manage deliverables
• Use data to refine audience targeting and content formats
• Maintain an organized content repository and campaign archive
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to amplify content reach
