OSB Group is hiring a Digital Content and SEO Writer to create compelling, plain-language website content aligned to our brand tone. As part of our transformation journey to become ‘the bank of the future’, you will play a key role in optimising copy for each digital channel, driving organic growth, and ensuring consistency across all platforms.

What You'll Do

Work with SEO and Analytics to identify user-intent opportunities and optimise content for both traditional search and AI-driven GEO visibility.
Create high-performing copy for websites, landing pages, paid media, and concise micro-copy to improve mobile app journeys and conversions.
Use AI tools responsibly to scale content creation and ideation while ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
Serve as the lead reviewer for all digital copy, maintaining accessible, inclusive, and fully compliant content.
Help develop and maintain a unified digital tone of voice across all brands.
Audit and refresh content regularly to keep evergreen assets authoritative and relevant.
Manage the end-to-end content pipeline across multiple brands, coordinating with Web, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams for accuracy and timely delivery.

What We're Looking For

Proven SEO writing experience.
Strong understanding of how SGE and AI-driven search are reshaping content discovery.
A robust portfolio demonstrating the ability to create content across different stages of the marketing funnel, from awareness building blogs to high-intent, conversion-focused PPC landing pages.
Expertise in SEO/GEO optimisation, AI prompting, UX micro-copy, and GA4 data analysis.
Strong content governance, fact-checking, proofreading, and tone-of-voice adaptation.
