GoodLeap is seeking a Digital Collections Specialist to join our Collections team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for handling and improving our digital collections operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage and execute digital collections strategies and workflows.
- Analyze and optimize collections processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all digital collections activities.
