What You'll Do
Ensure the kitchen, dining area, and storage spaces remain clean, organized, and fully operational. You’ll handle incoming deliveries by unpacking, labeling, and properly storing items, while maintaining accurate inventory practices. Set up and manage dishwashing stations, including three-compartment sinks and machine operations, to support efficient cleaning workflows.
Regularly clean floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, with attention to high-traffic zones and spill response. Restock essential supplies like soap and towels throughout your shift and monitor waste containers, emptying them as needed. Return kitchen tools and serving items to designated areas promptly after cleaning. Follow all safety and sanitation protocols and assist team members to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate clearly in English. You should demonstrate strong personal hygiene and wear a clean, company-approved uniform. This position requires extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds. You must be capable of operating cleaning tools and kitchen equipment essential to daily tasks. A background check, drug screening, and proof of work authorization are mandatory for employment.
