Responsibilities
- Create tutorials, documentation, and sample code to help developers use the platform effectively
- Engage with developer communities through forums, social media, and events
- Gather feedback from users and share insights with product and engineering teams
- Design and deliver technical workshops and live coding sessions
- Collaborate with engineering to improve developer experience and tooling
- Write blog posts and technical articles explaining platform features and use cases
- Represent the platform at conferences and meetups
- Monitor community channels for support needs and common issues
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible materials
- Maintain open-source projects related to the platform
- Support external developers building integrations and extensions
- Track developer engagement metrics and report on community growth
- Partner with marketing on campaigns targeting technical audiences
- Ensure developer documentation is accurate and up to date
- Advocate for developer needs in product planning discussions
