OnHires is looking for a DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer to join our Platform & Infrastructure team. You will design, automate, and operate the infrastructure supporting multiple fast-moving product squads, ensuring engineers can ship quickly, securely, and reliably. We are an independent, product-based SaaS organization focused on building and scaling our own products.
What You'll Do
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
- Operate and optimize AWS-based Kubernetes (EKS) clusters
- Automate deployments, testing environments, and rollback workflows
- Integrate monitoring, logging, and alerting systems like Prometheus, Sentry, and Groundcover
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and support incident response
- Improve GitOps workflows and delivery pipelines
- Collaborate with QA to integrate automated testing into deployments
- Contribute to platform documentation and onboarding
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS in production environments
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration
- Proven experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools
- Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD platforms
- Familiarity with modern observability stacks (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Loki, Sentry)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with internal developer platforms or self-service tooling
- Familiarity with Next.js / NestJS deployment pipelines
- Experience with GitOps tools like ArgoCD
- Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go
- Experience integrating QA automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium
