Tasks: - Implementing sophisticated automation strategies, ensuring scalability and system reliability for high-traffic web applications deployed via kubernetes - Providing infrastructure maintenance support during Kubernetes upgrades and software supply chain transitions - Engaging in continuous improvement processes, emphasizing support for full-stack developers managing intricate deployments - Assisting freshcells in adopting and implementing DevOps and MLOps best practices: This role offers up to 25% dedicated time for learning and experimentation, aligned with organizational needs and direction Qualifications: - Advanced proficiency with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) - Comprehensive expertise in helm, including custom chart development and maintenance - Practical experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform or equivalent) - Demonstrated production workload management on Kubernetes - Proven experience establishing and managing CI/CD pipelines - Comprehensive understanding of GitOps and continuous delivery tools like flux CD - Robust knowledge of infrastructure-as-code technologies (preferably Terraform) - Familiarity with linux, shell scripting, and/or Python - Proficiency in observability, demonstrating capabilities in logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting setup - Experience creating machine learning pipelines or strong willingness to acquire skills - Fluent English communication Additional Desirable Skills: - On-call duty experience - Background in data engineering, MLOps, AI workload training - Familiarity with Argo CD, Argo workflows - Experience with SQL databases and Redis We embrace diversity, welcoming individuals regardless of gender, age, sexual identity, origin, religion, ideology, or disability status.
