Zoom is looking for a DevOps Engineer (Telco) to join our team. You will design and maintain critical SIP trunking infrastructure, lead high-impact projects, and work with automation technologies in a fast-paced global environment. Your work will directly support the reliability and performance of our communications platform.

What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role
- Understanding of SIP, RTP, RTCP, TLS, SRTP, SOAP/REST API, TCP/IP
- Experience working on various SBC platforms (Ribbon/Sonus SBC, PSX, RAMP advantageous)
- Knowledge of international telephony regulations and proposing solutions within these requirements
- Experience onboarding carriers and setting up interconnects utilizing knowledge of transmission and Network layer (BGP, VLAN, Subnetting, MPLS)
- Experience with automation: Python, shell scripting, Ansible, REST API
- Experience with Deployment and Integration of various logging/Monitoring tools like ELK, Grafana, Alert managers, Webhooks
- Experience troubleshooting voice and network issues through packet analysis tools, including Wireshark, Empirix, and SIP ladder diagrams
- Experience seeking out solutions for problems to optimize cost, performance and quality of existing solution with ownership
- Experience working with vendors and external partners
