Arine is seeking a highly motivated DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and scale our cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines. In this role, you will focus on AWS, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code, while leveraging AI-driven tooling to improve reliability, security, and delivery speed for our healthcare platform.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins to enable fast, secure, and reliable deployments.
- Provision, manage, and optimize core AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM) to support scalable, highly available applications.
- Implement and maintain IaC frameworks (Terraform, CloudFormation) to ensure infrastructure is version-controlled, repeatable, and auditable.
- Leverage AI and automation for log/metric anomaly detection, predictive alerting, AI-assisted troubleshooting, and intelligent CI/CD optimizations.
- Build and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (CloudWatch, Datadog, ELK) to ensure platform stability and rapid issue detection.
- Implement DevSecOps best practices, including secrets management, IAM policies, vulnerability scanning, and automated compliance checks.
- Partner with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth releases, infrastructure reliability, and continuous improvement across the SDLC.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Solid expertise in CI/CD pipeline implementation (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline).
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration (EKS, ECS, or Kubernetes).
- Strong experience in scripting (bash, Python).
- Working knowledge of Linux, networking concepts, and shell scripting.
- Experience with industry-standard monitoring and logging platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-driven operations (AIOps) tools or intelligent observability platforms.
Nice to Have
- Experience with serverless architectures.
- Exposure to security scanning, compliance automation, or frameworks like SOC2/HIPAA.
- Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare or finance.
