About the Role

CTA is seeking a talented DevOps engineer to work on the modernization of one of the most critical data systems in progressive politics. CTA is undertaking work with a key progressive organization to completely rebuild key infrastructure. As the infrastructure engineer of this ground-floor initiative, you will play a central role in rebuilding a piece of data infrastructure central to the progressive ecosystem. This career-defining opportunity offers the chance to shape a high-impact project from the ground up, leveraging modern data technologies and DevOps practices. You’ll work within the supportive framework of an established, mission-driven organization with a history of delivering transformative solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead operations work as the infrastructure and reliability engineer
Partner with the engineering team to find scalable, repeatable, and secure solutions to complex technical challenges
Partner closely with technical leadership and the client to ensure implementation of observability, reliability, security, and resiliency in a greenfield environment
Help through the occasional outage
Help improve detection and resilience
