As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Platform, you'll play a key role in shaping and supporting the foundation that powers our services. You'll ensure the underlying infrastructure is resilient, secure, and optimized for rapid development and deployment across global teams.
What You'll Do
- Operate and strengthen cloud-native systems on AWS, ensuring high availability, performance, and security
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that accelerate development while enforcing reliability and compliance
- Implement observability through telemetry tools to support proactive monitoring and incident response
- Advise engineering teams on infrastructure best practices and assist with third-party integrations
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using modern tooling
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience designing and operating scalable, secure systems in production environments
- Strong familiarity with AWS services and containerized workloads, particularly on Kubernetes (EKS)
- Comfortable navigating and troubleshooting in Linux/Unix environments
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Solid programming background beyond shell scripting, with exposure to languages like Python or Golang
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and common protocols
- Fluency in written and spoken English

Work Environment
This is a remote-first role open to candidates in Portugal, Poland, Estonia, and Canada. We offer flexible work arrangements with optional office access in Tallinn and Tartu. The team gathers in Estonia twice a year for collaboration and planning.
