BAUHAUS is looking for a DevOps Cloud Engineer to take ownership of our Microsoft 365 Cloud platform. In this role, you will be responsible for its design, development, and operation, driving our cloud strategy forward. You'll join a family-owned company focused on respect, cohesion, and teamwork.

What You'll Do

Conceive, further develop, and operate the Microsoft 365 Cloud platform, including services like Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform.
Actively design future-proof solutions and shape the cloud strategy in the Microsoft environment to ensure technological leadership.
Focus on continuous improvement, automation, and further development of the M365 environment to maximize efficiency and user-friendliness.
Drive DevOps-oriented operations and deployment models in the M365 environment in close collaboration with internal IT teams and external partners.
Advise BAUHAUS country companies on the use and further development of M365 solutions and analyze complex technical issues for sustainable platform development.

What We're Looking For

Successfully completed vocational training in IT or a degree with an IT focus (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science).
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly in the areas of Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform.
Experience in implementing DevOps practices and automation solutions.
Strong communication skills and customer orientation, as well as confident demeanor and teamwork.
Very good German language skills and good English language skills in spoken and written form.
