Booz Allen Hamilton is hiring a Device Solution Architect to combine technical skills with strategic thinking to impact national security. You will focus on designing and maintaining secure, compliant, and modern device ecosystems by implementing Department of War Zero Trust Principles centered around the Device Pillar.
What You'll Do
- Solve complex challenges and shape the clients’ network by implementing DoW Zero Trust Principles centered around the Device Pillar activities in Zero Trust.
- Design and maintain secure, compliant, and modern device ecosystems by implementing 'never trust, always verify' principles.
- Focus on device posture assessment, automated policy enforcement, continuous compliance monitoring, and preventing unauthorized access to data.
- Design, develop, and evolve these systems with advanced technology solutions and integrate with tools that are already in production.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations, endpoint management, or systems engineering
- 2+ years of experience working with Tanium, including deploying and managing core modules
- 2+ years of experience with scripting using PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation
- Experience supporting security, compliance, or incident response workflows in enterprise environments
- Experience with configuration management or monitoring tools such as MECM, SCCM, Intune, or Splunk
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
- 1+ years of experience with container platforms like Docker or Kubernetes
- Experience extending Tanium modules such as Comply, Deploy, Patch, or Threat Response
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
