About the Role

The Device Experience Platform Engineer at Adobe Inc. is responsible for administering, developing, and optimizing the Nexthink platform to enhance enterprise Digital Employee Experience (DEX). This hands-on role transforms device telemetry into actionable insights, proactive remediations, and automated workflows in collaboration with Endpoint, Workplace, and IT Operations teams.

What You'll Do

  • Administer and maintain the Nexthink platform, including configuration, upgrades, feature onboarding, and governance.
  • Own platform health, data quality, and reliability.
  • Establish standards and protocols.
  • Analyze telemetry, DEX scores, and sentiment data.
  • Build dashboards and reports.
  • Track key performance indicators and trends.
  • Develop Remote Actions using PowerShell.
  • Build workflows using Nexthink Flow.
  • Create NQL queries.
  • Integrate Nexthink with Intune, M365, APIs, and IT systems.
  • Partner with endpoint and operations teams.
  • Evaluate new Nexthink features and drive platform evolution.

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on Nexthink administration and engineering experience.
  • Expertise in Remote Actions, Flow, NQL, dashboards.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with REST APIs.
  • Strong Windows endpoint and Intune knowledge.

Nice to Have

  • Enterprise DEX experience.
  • ITSM integration familiarity.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Compensation: U.S. pay range: $115,200 -- $218,650 annually; California pay range: $151,000 - $218,650. Roles may be eligible for long-term incentives and short-term incentives via AIP.

Work Mode

Local-country roles in California, Colorado, Massachusetts. Pay varies by geographic market.
