Responsibilities
- Guide the development and implementation of AI-enhanced communication features that deliver tangible benefits to clinics and patients, prioritizing agility, experimentation, and high-quality execution.
- Serve as a hands-on leader by actively contributing to code while supporting team members to stay aligned and focused on the most impactful technical initiatives.
- Work closely with Product, Design, AI, and Engineering teams to transform early-stage concepts into functional customer-facing solutions, maintaining open communication and rapid iteration cycles.
- Engage in pilot programs and real-world testing to gather customer feedback and refine product performance and usability over time.
- Cultivate a team culture rooted in curiosity, resilience, and positivity, encouraging continuous growth and shared problem-solving in the face of technical challenges.
