Sanofi/Genzyme Corporation is hiring a Development Lead to join the People Services Tech Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for building the annual delivery plan, managing operational staffing and resource allocation, and ensuring the quality and compliance of learning content for Sanofi's global functions.
What You'll Do
- Build the annual delivery plan and associated resourcing plan for Learning Design and Development, managing governance and monitoring performance for improvement opportunities.
- Manage operational staffing and resource allocation across various squads, leading change and innovation to drive efficiency.
- Handle operational and administrative elements including performance appraisals, coaching, training, compliance, and process improvements.
- Partner with the Portfolio Planning Lead by providing technical insights into the feasibility of proposed learning initiatives.
- Manage processes across end-to-end projects, tracking KPIs for quality and timelines.
- Ensure the scientific accuracy of learning content and its alignment with therapeutic area and franchise strategy.
- Understand branded versus unbranded content and promotional boundaries, ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance in reviews.
What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of experience in a relevant industry.
- 2 years of experience within the Pharma industry.
- Scientific and content capability (Must-Have).
- Compliance and content governance expertise (Must-Have).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Project management skills (PM and/or Scrum Master certification a plus), along with facilitation and presentation skills.
- An MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed business school.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.

You will be part of the People Services Tech Solutions team, working with stakeholders including the Head of Learning and Design Development, Portfolio Planning Lead, Quality Lead & Coach, Design Project Managers, and Curation Leads.
