Responsibilities
- Supports the creation and execution of new team projects aligned with institutional strategic goals
- Maintains donor recognition, acknowledgment, and stewardship practices
- Gains comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in using the university's donor and alumni database system
- Contributes to continuous improvement in fundraising planning, methods, and workflows
- Prepares written materials and correspondence for donor and prospect outreach
- Conducts research and drafts fundraising proposals for senior leaders to present to potential donors
- Produces analytical reports for the unit as directed by management
- Manages processing of donations, pledge commitments, and tax receipts
- Establishes and updates operational processes and procedures as necessary
- Must be available for flexible work hours and attendance at events
- Completes additional related tasks as assigned

- Fundraising and alumni engagement programs are highly visible and public-facing
- Holds substantial ethical and financial accountability to both the institution and its donors

- Works under managerial supervision to meet defined objectives
