Ema is hiring a Developer Product Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end activation and completion funnel for partner and customer builders. Your core mission is to significantly shorten the time to first value for developers and empower them to build independently on our platform.
What You'll Do
- Design and build documentation information architecture, creating a high-quality, comprehensive set of resources for developers.
- Launch and manage behavior-based lifecycle communications (e.g., welcome series, activation nudges, re-engagement campaigns) to guide developers through the funnel.
- Launch and grow 'Ema Labs' to foster a vibrant developer community, showcase successful projects, and generate valuable case studies.
- Work with Product and Engineering to improve the first-time user experience (FTUE) with in-product checklists, contextual docs, and other guidance.
- Define, track, and report on key success metrics to measure the effectiveness of developer enablement and marketing programs.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, developer relations, technical marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing and enablement programs for a technical audience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to make complex technical concepts easy to understand.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- A data-driven mindset with experience in setting and tracking KPIs.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Agentic AI.
Work Mode
This role is local to the specified city hubs. Work from our offices in Silicon Valley or Bangalore.
