About the Role

Lead the developer growth strategy, fostering relationships, and driving adoption of the platform through targeted initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand the developer community.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and influencers in the developer ecosystem.
  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of growth initiatives using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align growth efforts.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of developer advocates and community managers.
  • Plan and host events, webinars, and hackathons to engage and educate the developer community.
  • Develop and maintain a content strategy that includes blogs, tutorials, and documentation.
  • Monitor and respond to feedback from the developer community to improve the platform.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the developer landscape.
  • Create and manage a budget for developer growth initiatives and events.
  • Work with the product team to gather and prioritize developer feedback for product roadmaps.
  • Develop and implement a referral program to incentivize developers to invite their peers.
  • Create and distribute regular newsletters and updates to keep the community informed.
  • Leverage social media and online forums to engage with and grow the developer community.
  • Develop and implement a developer certification program to recognize and reward expertise.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support enterprise customers and their developer needs.
  • Create and manage a developer advisory board to gather insights and feedback.
  • Develop and implement a mentorship program to support new developers in the community.
